I thought I had posted this post a long time ago. These are houses I bought last spring and summer.
This house I bought for $14000. Put some money into it and rent it for $650 a month. It's a 4 bedroom house.

This is the 4 plex, it needed a lot of work.

I didn't buy this one below! I stopped on the road and took it's picture, because it's so funny it's still standing.
Now at least when you see the ones we did buy you will think they are great! LOL!



This is our little house. I bought it for $8500!
above is the ceiling in the little house.
It has a basement and needs a lot of work. Hopefully it will be worth it someday.

4 plex again: it was in horrible shape. But We've owned it one yr now, and it's coming along pretty good.
